Your mind is the most powerful tool you possess.
It all starts when I wake up. The day is fresh and I have yet another chance to change the world.
The first choice I make when I wake up sets the pace for my entire day. In those first few hours when my mind is rested and relaxed, magic happens.
I call this time the golden hour because it’s the door to the promise land.
I can attribute all my successes to these morning moments alone with my thoughts.
Setting this up for yourself does require some planning but once your habits are formed, the golden hour is yours.
Now for the good stuff.
How to use that golden hour to reprogram your mindset for a more successful outcome.
Here are 4 Life changing mindsets
1. Think positively:
It’s not just when the chips are down that you need to keep your chin up. Successful people have a talent for making any situation spin in their favor by first seeing things from a positive perspective. Many of the best inventions come about after a need arises. So the next time you come upon tough times, think of how you can make it better and that could be your winning move.
2. Always look to improve:
You can never be too smart or too educated. When you get into the mindset that you can always improve a situation or learn something new from someone else, you’ll find yourself surpassing your limits.
I typically change up my mornings by writing down ideas on some days and learning from articles and videos on days when I’m feeling curios.
Knowledge is powerful, educate your mind so you can tackle the big challenges.
3. Power Through Your obstacles:
If you let fear stop you, then you’ll never go farther than your own mind will allow.
Around every corner there is always someone waiting to put a fearful wave into your calm waters so you’ve got to watch for it and be ready to shut it down.
Focus on your goals instead of thinking about what other people think and go for it.
Look at all the obstacles as a chance to learn something new and take things one day at a time.
A fearless mindset starts with education and experience.
4. Give from the heart but learn how to say no
Generosity is it’s own rewards.
It frees your mind and improves your confidence. It also makes the world go round so being generous to people will only pay you back in good ways.
Generosity produces that extra good Karma that I love to have out in the universe working for me.
The key is to learn your limits and be honest about it. You can be generous but it not reasonable to give all your time away.
I set boundaries and explain my limitations to others clearly. People really appreciate honesty. Being upfront also shows people that you care about them and helps to set reasonable expectations.
Remember that you are at your best for others when you have had time to take care of yourself.
